Quick Loading of Equipment
The Quick loading command based on the software data base loads any room or activity by the required equipment and furniture space just by completing the Quick loading dialogue box and picking an insertion point in that room.
The Quick loader inserts the pre-defined room equipment and furniture according the standard room loading without the need of the user input or previous experience.

Schedules and listings
AutoMED lists the loaded equipment, mechanical, electrical, and staff in the drawings
Also, you can list only any selected items by window selection or any other selection methods.
The listing commands also insert a cross-matching legend automatically either by serial numbers or by items codes.

Technical Data
Automatic technical data listing of the loaded equipment so that it gives full information for the mechanical and electrical engineers about any equipment or item to establish their systems.

Standard based recommended finishes from the software data base is easily inserted in the drawing.
You can also edit the finishes in the dialogue box as required

The equipment data project is to produce the following reports:

Room Listing
Once you collect the project data you can save it in a file that contain all the project data
so that you can refer to it at any time and reproduce any report.
The equipment data project reports are produced quickly and could be previewed, printed to a file, or directed to a printer.
The Cost Estimate report could be estimated at any prices increment percentage to compensate any prices changes or deviation from the data base prices of the project items.
The Room Schedule report is a room by room schedule so that the program allows the user to print out any selected rooms schedules.
Also the equipment specifications and schedules could be reported and printed out for any selected items individually.
The program allows the user to change or modify the data using its editors and functions.

The staff Salaries report is a staff estimated salaries report based on the software data base and also you can increase or decrease these salaries using the salaries increment percentage.

The Staff, mechanical and electrical libraries comprise of symbols CAD drawings, codes, and descriptions
The AutoMED Software allows the user to change and modify these databases and to add or delete any item or data.
